Ikorodu Road Pedestrian Bridges Turned Robbers,Lover's Nest.

Following the inability of the agency responsible for maintaining the pedestrian bridges on Ikorodu road,Lagos southwest Nigeria the bridges have been turned into haven where people of questioniable character perpetrates all sorts of crime.
Investigation revealed that due to the malfunctioning lighting system on the pedestrian bridges, armed-robbers, prostitutes have turned the area into their operation base.
Ptng learned that petty thieves ,armed robbers take the advantage of the darkness to robb patriotic pedestrians of money and other valuables.
Worse still prostitutes also stand at strategic places on the bridge especially that of Ojota bus stop to woo prospective customers to nearby hotels within Ojota axis.
Investigation further revealed that pedestrian have stopped using the bridges at night and now cross the ever busy express road by foot to avoid being robbed or molested by prostitutes.
