Kasamu May Escape Extradition.

Buruj Kasamu May Escape Extradition.

The Ogun state Senate elect Buruj Kasamu who is currently under house arrest following a siege by the National  Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) may escape extradition to the United States of America.
The NDLEA had laid siege on the Lekki home of Kasamu on  the allegation that he is being wanted in USA for a drug related offence.
But a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos this afternoon ordered the 50 NDLEA operatives who have been keeping vigil at the residence of Kasamu since Saturday to vacate his compound.
Justice Ibrahim Buba said that the action of the NDLEA is subjudice.
If by tomorrow the ruling of the court is adhere to by the government agency he (Kasamu) may escape arrest and extradition to to the USA.
Investigations revealed that while his residence was under siege Kasamu have been  contacting friends and business partners who have been in touch with some powerful Nigerians to ensure that Kasamu is left off the hook.
Meanwhile if Kasamu escapes arrest he might be sworn as a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
