Exclusive:How Ill health Stops Sadiq Daba From Attending AMVCA 2016.
Veteran Actor Sadiq Daba who was honoured with lifetime recognition award by the organisers of AMVCA awards could not attend the event due to ill health.
Ptng learned that Daba has been down with an ailment which might be due to old age or his kind of life style in the past.
His appearance during the launching of Akin Akindele's book 'Unending laughter' at Niteshift Coliseum on 28 February 2016 shows that he was not enjoying the best of health.
Bitrus as Sadiq Daba is popularly known because of his role in the popular soap 'Cock crow at dawn ' could not walk properly as he used a walking stick and was aided by two of his son before climbing the Niteshift's stair case .
He also made brief speech at the launching .
Another awardee Buki Ajayi came to the venue in wheelchair.
