Veteran Producer Laolu Atkins Turn 69.

Ageless and veteran music producer Laolu Akintobi aka Laolu Akins turned 69 today.
Uncle Laolu as Laolu Atkins is popularly known is reputed to have been the best music producer in Nigeria as he has been the brain behind the hit albums that shot virtually top Nigerian artistes to limelight .
The producer per-excellence who started with the BLO group playing drums is reputed to have produced the hit albums of Ms. Onyeka Onwenu,Sir SHINA Peters 'Ace',Adewale Ayuba's 'bubble',Mike Okri's'rumba dance,Salawa Abeni's 'beware' and others.
A man of many parts ,as a musician Uncle Laolu played with the BLO group,as an artiste manager he was with Onyeka Onwenu,and as a music producer he was with Sony music where he rose to the position of Controller Artiste and repertoire .
Currently he is into private practise and manages his own studio named Excel studio.
